Uninstall

Removing Roitrack is a support job — message @roitrack on Telegram and we’ll do it with you. It takes a few minutes.

Two ways to remove it

Keep your data. The tracker stops running, but your campaigns, clicks and settings stay on the server. Reinstalling later brings everything back, including your login. This is the one to pick for a pause, a server rebuild, or anything temporary.

Remove everything. Tracker and data both, permanently. Reinstalling gives you an empty tracker.

Tell us which you want. If you’re unsure, keep the data — it costs nothing and it’s the decision you can’t take back.

Removing everything is permanent

There’s no undo. Every click, conversion and campaign goes. Take a backup first even if you’re certain you’re finished — see Backups.

Do these first

Take a backup. Even on the way out. People come back, or need last quarter’s numbers for an invoice.

Unpin your licence at account.roitrack.app while the tracker is still running. It’s pinned to this server, and unpinning after the server is gone means asking us instead of clicking a button. See IP pin & migrating VPS.

Cancel your subscription separately if you’re leaving for good. Removing the software doesn’t stop billing — see Renewals & cancellation.

What stays behind

Your SSL certificates, Docker, and nginx aren’t removed, since they may have been on the server before Roitrack. Your DNS records aren’t touched either. None of it costs you anything, and all of it saves time if you reinstall.

Coming back

Reinstall with the command from Quick install. If you kept your data, everything returns as it was — same campaigns, same history, same login.
